Alba buys smaller clothes to encourage weight loss
Actress Jessica Alba has shelled out on a new range of clothes that are all too small for her, it has been claimed.
Reports suggest that the movie star - who gained weight during her pregnancy earlier this year - is determined to get back to her pre-pregnancy size.
And according to Metro News, citing In Touch, she has forked out a total of $16,000 (£9,000) on clothes that are all one size too small for her to help motivate her to shed some kilos and regain her old figure.
Apparently, In Touch spoke with her personal trainer, Ramona Braganza, who said that the actress has always followed a strict eating regime - both before and after giving birth.
However, people who do not have such funds may find that rather than buying clothes that are too small, opting to use weight-loss pills may prove to be beneficial for efforts to lose weight.
