Hollywood actress Kate Hudson has revealed that she enjoys her food too much to put herself on a restrictive diet.
The Fool's Gold star and daughter of Goldie Hawn told Entertainment Tonight: "I'm in the wrong family to be a dieter. My mum is always making chicken and dumplings."
She added that she prefers to keep in shape with fun exercise, including Pilates. In fact, she lost over three-and-a-half stone after the birth of her son Ryder through playing sports and having fun.
"Life is too short to be concerned with anything but having a great time," the 29-year-old added.
TV presenter Davina McCall also recently revealed that she will no longer diet, instead keeping her trim figure by eating healthily and exercising.
She told Heat magazine that she had suffered with diets such as Atkins in the past, but that they left her irritable and tired, plus she put on much of the weight she had lost after completing the regime.
