Ronaldo 'back on a diet'
Brazilian footballer Ronaldo has spoken of his struggle with weight loss and how he hopes to be recalled for his national side one day.
The former AC Milan and Real Madrid player seriously injured his knee in February and piled on the pounds.
He told cable television station Sportv that he knew he was overweight when his usual attire got a little tight.
"I couldn't have got any fatter. I was running out of clothes. Everything on the table is nice but it makes you put on weight. Losing weight is the most difficult part," he admitted.
The star has not played for Brazil since the 2006 World Cup, but hopes that he may be recalled when he is back in shape.
