FemaleFirst magazine has listed a number of diets used by celebrities which it considers to be "weird".
Starting off with Lily Allen's tapping technique, which is designed to prevent food cravings, the publication mentioned various methods tried by Katie Price, Beyonce, Heidi Klum and Liz Hurley.
The latter reportedly attempted to trick her body into eating more than it was by using children's cutlery to eat, meaning that she consumed smaller mouthfuls.
This method was criticised by FemaleFirst, with the author of the article remarking: "Plastic knives and forks are no way to enjoy a meal we say."
In other celebrity weight loss news, Charles Saatchi has apparently given up his egg diet and moved back to eating normal food, Digital Spy reports.
