This contract is between the supplier Alchemy Online Limited (as "The Supplier") and you (as "the Customer").

 

The contract between The Supplier and the Customer comes into existence upon supplier's acceptance of an order i.e. when payment has been received.  The Supplier has the right to refuse acceptance of an order.

Payment must be made when placing your order. Online payments are accepted using Credit or Debit Cards: including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro (Switch), Solo cards and American Express.

For all orders made from the UK the current VAT is included in your order. 

The contract between The Supplier and the Customer will be governed by English Law.

Use of this material including the production, storage, modification, distribution or republication without the prior written consent of The Supplier, or where applicable, the respective copyright owner(s) is prohibited. Terms & Conditions of our Free Trial Offer.

Free Trial Programme Conditions.

As part of this free trial programme you will receive free one week's supply of New Day and Night Slimming System. You pay only for the postage and packing of the sample. This contract is between the The Supplier and you, "the Customer".

The price shown for 1 month's treatment of New day & Night in the shopping pages includes postage and packing.   Pricing is subject to change without notice. Multiple months supply will be at multiples of the one month price.

  

Delivery is to a valid UK & Eire address only - we cannot ship outside of the UK without special arrangement (please contact us by email at cs@bi-slim-weightloss.co.uk ).
The Supplier will deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address stated on the order.  Availability permitting, please allow up to 10 working days for your goods to be delivered to you.  If we are unable to deliver your order in its entirety then we will contact you by email or telephone as soon as possible.

If your order gets lost in the post then we will send a replacement order. However, you must allow 15 working days after your order has been sent out, for it to be termed 'lost'. After the 15 days you should contact us at Customer Services at cs@bi-slim-weightloss.co.uk or call us on 08450 94 49 40 ( +44.1628 200 400 from outside UK) to advise us that your order has not been delivered.   

 

If you are not satisfied with the New Day and Night Slimming System, you can call  or email us at Customer Services at cs@bi-slim-weightloss.co.uk to verify that you are following the slimming system correctly. However, if you do not want to go on with your slimming programme, you can call on our exclusive 30 days money back guarantee option, this being:

 

If you buy a one month's treatment, you can get reimbursed if you send back the box (containing Day box and Night Box), even if it is empty. If you buy a multiple months, you can get reimbursed if you send back the first month's treatment (i.e. the two boxes  even if empty) plus the additional months treatment untouched and unopened. 

 

In any case, to obtain the reimbursement you must send back the original invoice together with the products.
No reimbursement will be made by The Supplier if you will not send back the original invoice.

The reimbursement will be made within 72 hours after confirmation of the receipt of the return.
If we are unable to reimburse your order due to your failure to meet our return procedures, or failure of your credit/debit card (e.g. expiry) or if you request a replacement we will resend your order at our expense to the address you indicated in your order.
All credit reimbursements will be made to the credit card or to the debit card used for the purchase

This contract is between "The Supplier" and you, "the Customer".

The Supplier is committed to protecting your privacy.  We use the information that we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping service by monitoring customer order patterns and site usage to help The Supplier to refine the design and layout of our website and online store.
